Bob Dylan Concert

At the Bob Dylan concert Nomad asked Driver and me to find out how many of the girls were there to listen to the music or how many were there to be picked up. I started opening girls with, “This is a Bob Dylan concert, right? Where are the mosh pits? Where are the crowd surfers?” Most girls were interested in listening to the concert.

I hooked two Minnesota chicks. I forget what we talked about mostly. I grabbed tall girl’s number early on. She works at a gypsy store and the two of them designed short girl’s outfit. I teased her about gypsies and how she stocks her store by stealing. I needed a wing so I left them and grabbed Driver, then once he arrived I separated the two and pulled tall girl into the crowd and danced with her a little, I think. As soon as we were done, she walks back to short girl. Conversation dries up. Tall girl walks away, and a minute later short girl follows.

I try to do some more approaches after the show but not much really sticks.

Nomad and Driver approach two girls so I stay out of the way and look for other girls. I open two girls, one hot one not. Actually they might have opened me. They ask me to pose with their little gnome figure, so I pocket it. Then they scream that I have to give it back, so I pretend to lick it as they take a picture of me. Jeremy and Brian are done so I wave them over. Nomad gets really sexual with the not hot chick while I’m losing the hot one. Eventually the hot one pulls the not hot one out.

Nomad and Driver run into girls they were talking to early and make out with them. Then we go to IHOP. I order a rare steak but it comes pretty well done. I try to send it back but the waiter tells me due to regulations it can’t be that rare. I was about to accept it, when the waiter asked me if he’d like to check with his manager. I accepted. Nomad and Driver later told me they were waiting to see if I would fold, which I almost did.

Lately I’ve been noticing my assertiveness is still really weak. I need to work on it.
