Day 78/360: Date with Blue Girl
Woke up early to get ready for my date with Blue Girl. She’s 18, has blue hair, and is scared to get into strangers’ cars. I don’t think it’s because she’s damaged, I think she’s just young and scared of the world. Logistics were bad: I can only meet her alone if I go to her school, she doesn’t trust me to be alone in my part of town. I decided to build that trust.
I shipped Martyr off and met up with Blue Girl. We explored the area. I pointed out restaurants she never noticed and led her around, telling her where to eat. She asked about me and I shared my identity and cool stories that happened recently. I didn’t game her hard because I wanted to be attainable. My identity stories should be attractive enough in this instance. I encouraged her to tell me about herself and related to her in choices of music, family, traveling, and skiing/snowboarding. I lightly touched her arm a few times but not too much.
School ends in a week for her, and she’ll be going back to San Francisco after that. I’ll be in Vegas next week. Oh well, I guess I won’t be seeing her before school ends. She said she will be back in July though, and that she’ll let me know.
I told stories about the house, to tempt her to visit. It worked, she wants to visit. Hopefully she’ll be alright with visiting alone.
After lunch we went to a park where there was a dog adoption fair. She loves dogs.
There wasn’t much else to do in the area and she had a project to work on so she walked me to my car. I offered to drive her to her dorm but she refused, saying she needed the exercise anyway.
I was falling asleep on my drive back. Two days of day game and night game and then a date really drained me.
I go to the supermarket with Nomad. I see a cute girl, horse girl. I was still sleepy so my delivery was pretty bad. It wasn’t her, she leaves.
I take a long nap. I am tired but I am also antsy staying home. I don’t have the motivation to go out alone, I just don’t want to be home.
I make a few phone calls to girls I recently met. Nobody picks up. A few minutes later one girl calls me back but she doesn’t remember me at all. She’s not playful and tells me to not call her again. I tell her she’s the one who called me. We hang up. Minutes later her husband calls me, trying to clarify things. I told him I was drunk, she called me, I don’t know who this is. I told him that we should just leave it as one of life’s unsolved mysteries and move on. He apologized for calling me in the middle of the night and hung up.
I hang out with the other house. We go to a few venues and I push them to approach. The Janitor asks me to do demos but I refuse because it won’t help them and every girl I approach means one less girl for them to approach. Plus I just want to be out.
